At B.M.W. Japan Finance Corp., we are planning to expand and strengthen our insurance and credit card businesses further to better serve our valuable clients. We are looking for experienced professionals with deep understanding of insurance or credit card products who can manage and lead this business.
Develop business strategy for our insurance and credit card business.Products development and launch of new products to increase volume of the business.Marketing and sales strategy.Liaise and build strong and long lasting relationship with service partners.Act as a team lead. (This is a great opportunity for the professionals who have never had a managerial role, but want to move into the managerial position to develop their career!)Working experience in insurance or credit card industry.Deep understanding and knowledge of insurance or credit productsProduct development or marketing experience of insurance or credit cards.Creative thinking and positive mindset.Negotiation and communication skill.Fluent in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 700 or above).
