Specialized Group is currently looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our IT Team as Consultants or Senior Consultants.

? As a member of our Technology team, you will be expected to develop strong relationships with both candidates and client companies, and provide end-to-end recruitment solutions.
? We already have strong relationships with many major companies in the industry, and are looking for somebody to further develop and strengthen our presence in this market.
---Required Skills:
? Bilingual ability in Japanese and English is a plus.
? Successful candidates are likely to have previous experience as a recruitment consultant or researcher, or a strong knowledge of the high-tech industry and an interest in technology. Candidates should be able to develop strong business relationships with both major organisations as well as individual candidates, and understand the processes involved with both new business development as well as existing account management.
? Candidates with outgoing personalities and excellent communication skills are likely to succeed in this role.
