• Analyze campaign and key business metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous growth from new initiatives. Use analytics to identify opportunities to improve business unit performance.

• Develop innovative and effective campaigns that drive quality customer acquisition through online advertising, search engine marketing, SEO, and affiliate programs. Manage both media and creative.

• Recommend messaging strategy and facilitate creative develop for campaigns with internal and external creative teams. Insure that positioning, messaging and design are optimal.

• Participate in media planning, budget allocation, execution and analysis. • Contribute to creative development and conversion optimization of web site. Identify localization and content management opportunities. Partner with Product and Engineering on major development initiatives.

• Coordinate upsell and cross-sell campaigns to increase revenue among existing

customers by offering additional products or features.

• Demonstrate a spirit of experimentation, innovation, collaboration, and personal growth within the organization. 

• Minimum of 3+ years working on a successful ecommerce business.

• 2+ years of hands on experience in interactive advertising and search engine marketing is required. Experience can be from either client or agency side.

• Experience managing/coordinating all aspects of a project lifecycle for multiple projects simultaneously with individual production schedules.

• Experience in providing financial analysis and presenting information.

• Proficient across several online marketing tactics including email, affiliate marketing,

paid search (SEM), SEO, display and shopping feeds.

• Must be well versed in current online advertising trends, best practices and reporting, and maintain knowledge base of future trending.. 

Exceptional communication skills. English fluency required.

• Strong analytical experience.

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
