SAP Service Desk

Help Desk / Service Desk ( SAP or ERP environment)

• Service awareness of all the organization's key IT services for which support is being provided
• Technical awareness (and deeper technical training to the appropriate level, depending upon the resolution rate sought)
• Depending on level of support provided, some diagnosis skills (e.g. SAP Fico , SD, MM and Security)
• SLA Reporting
• Interact with Support team located in India and users in Japan

Required
3+ in Help Desk / Service Desk ( SAP or ERP environment)

• Experience on SLA driven SAP Support Projects
• Experience on SAP Systems ( or any ERP Applications)
• Experience on any ITSM tools ( eg. Remedy, HP SD etc)
• Interpersonal skills, communication skills, active listening and training.
• Good in English and Japanese Language
