?Job Description
·Lead a team of 2 managers to develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty
through ensuring customer satisfaction
·Conduct corporate customer meeting/ sales visits
·Identify and develop corporate customer sales leads
·Lead market profiling and corporate customer/ competitor research and analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges
·Develop effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth
·Develop supply chain management solutions
·Responsible for the development and maintenance of corporate customer database and its use for
identification and segment targeting of corporate customers and prospects for the Company
·Work with third party service providers like truckers or shipping lines for special projects
·Work with internal departments to deliver customers needs and make sure service is provided smoothly
*Number of countries/areas covered:3(Hong Kong, South China and Macau)

?Working Hours
41 hours per 5-day week: 0900 - 1815 Monday to Thursday, 0900 - 1800 Friday

?Annual Salary
·A minimum of JPY 5,000,000 per annum plus a monthly housing allowance
·Relocation costs will be covered

? Holiday
Annual leave: 21 days per year and public holidays
