Telephone Reservations Agent
- Salary would be in the 3.2 - 3.4 million range annually, but candidate would also be eligible for the overtime allowance in the event that work goes beyond the shift time.
This position would be a great way to get into the hospitality business while also offering ample career development opportunities within the company.
- This is a rank and file position and therefore would be a contract (1-year, renewable) to start. If the employee shows promise over the 2nd contract term, it is likely they would be extended permanent (seishain) status.
- The position is on a shift schedule and therefore, would not be a Monday -Friday office type job. The applicant should be open to working weekends and holidays including the typical Golden Week, Obon Week, Silver Week and New Year's holiday periods as every day in the calendar is a possible
working day.
