海外取引・海外子会社に関する法律その他の英語文献・英語サイトの調査、海外案件のサポート業務など

Provide analysis and counsel on legal issues related to overseas businesses and subsidiaries including English-language journals, examinations of English-language websites, and support of international subsidiaries and operations.

①商法、民法、知的財産法、税法の分野における実務経験

②カリフォルニア州又はニューヨーク州の弁護士資格

1.Experience in these areas: Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Civil Law

2.Admission to the California Bar or the New York Bar

● Process:

　書類選考⇒一次面接⇒二次面接⇒採用

　Application　⇒　First interview and paper test　⇒　Second interview　⇒ Official offer made　

● Contract Type:

　正社員（勤務開始後6カ月間は試用期間として契約社員となります）

　Full Time (Trial period for the first 6 months. During the trial period, contract conditions such as salary are the same as full time.)

● Working Hours:

　午前9時～午後6時 （1時間の休憩を含む）

　9am~6pm (includes a one-hour break)

● Other compensation:

　賞与（年2回） / 昇給（年1回） / 時間外手当 / 通勤手当（月3万円まで）
