Job Description

• Incident/request support and status update


• Data center network and FW (Firewall) management


• User / Service desk support as far as data network operations


• Regular task support (Configuration compliance, user account re-certifications)


• FW change request arrangement for FW change in other countries


• Inventory update and Asset management


• Account management for network administrator


• Configuration management of network equipment


• Coordination and negotiation with vendor for cabling system (Patch, Jumper, etc)

Required Skills

• Knowledge and experiences of IP technologies (Greater than CCNP level is preferred.)


• Knowledge of various circuits type (Ethernet / ISDN / analogue circuit, etc.)


• Experience of Router/Switch and FW systems (Cisco IOS/FWSM/ASA/Checkpoint)


• Experiences in global / large organization is a plus


• Tier 1/2 support for network system as operation member


• Solid troubleshooting skill and data analysis for IP technologies


• Voice system experience is plus


• Unix skill experience is plus (User /operation level is fine)


• Bilingual Japanese/English strongly preferred
