Job Description

Flamingo Tokyo are looking for a smart, organized, positive, fun person to join our growing team as a Project Manager.

The role is an office-based position and involves executing excellent management of all logistics for qualitative research projects, inclusive of creating screeners, field management, costing and pricing projects, schedule and itinerary development, local language translation/back-translation, liaising with local partners, management of sample, transcripts et al.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with research team/client to ascertain needs and objectives, and implement superb management of all project logistics.



• Manage the recruitment process, inclusive of creating screeners, determining best methods and briefing local partners to ensure optimum sample.



• Maintain and further develop partnerships with external vendors such as facilities, recruiters, moderators, interpreters and videographers.



• Organizing and managing all other practical elements of the project including the preparation of schedules and itineraries, incentives, consent forms and any project equipment.



• Act as go-to resource for all project management pricing and costing responsibilities.



• Where appropriate, identify opportunities for lowering costs as well as improving quality, operational performance and ultimately client satisfaction.
