Job Description
As an HR Technology Project Manager/Analyst, you will be responsible for managing implementations of all modules within our Talent|REWARD suite of tools. Products within the suite include compensation planning, compensation analytics, job leveling, performance management, succession planning, career management and learning administration. The Project Manager will also have the opportunity to be cross-trained on additional solutions, including HR Portal (based on Microsoft Sharepoint) and Workday (opportunity for certification as a Workday project manager and functional consultant). This role is responsible for acting as the lead client contact, project planning and scope management as well as requirements gathering, configuration and supporting quality standards.
Required Skills

・ If not previously experienced in integrated talent management systems, then required more than 3 years of experience in software implementation of enterprise human capital management (HCM) systems, such as Workday, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft, etc. Consultants with HR and Microsoft Sharepoint experience also considered.
・ Presales Experience including product demonstration skills, as well as working experience with a Sales team.
