Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Planning, implementing and coordinating of marketing activities.Involved in the advertisement and Promotions of the company which will involve:editing and publication of the company’s newsletters,coordinate with the sales team in organizing for exhibitions and road showsCarry out the Public Relations functions in the company and plan for any company eventManagement and oversee of the company’s website by making sure it is up-todate.Coordinating Marketing Researches that will involve:specifying marketing segmentsmonitor competition activitiesSWOT analysisManage customer relations, feedback and monitoring customer needs and habits.Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate functions such as organizing for exhibitions and handling of eventsSubmit weekly and monthly reports on the marketing activities to the marketing manager.Excellent Communication skills - both oral and written.Excellent analytical and Presentation skillsUnderstanding new technologies and applying to marketing principlesPrefer knowledge in PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand and Dreamweaver, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, QuarkXPressInitiativeKeenCreativeMeet DeadlinesPreferred Professional Qualification
MBA in Marketing or related fieldsNumber of years of Experience: 2-3years in an advertising environment and PR Preferred Educational Qualification: ‘O’ - levels
