DMA Development Lead/Developer – Investment Bank

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership on deliverables related to improve existing platform, and expand the reach to other markets in Asia

• Provides solutions for Direct Market Access (DMA) business such as connection with clients, enrichment/validation and gateways to order management systems

• Development on the high frequency, low-latency trading platforms

• Understanding global development structure / code share development and contribute to the global framework

• Communication with global teams, for strategic product development globally

• Core Development and enhancement

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent

• For Development lead: Combination of at least 8 years of development in C++ and Java, 5 or more years of expertise with Core Java and NIO is a plus

• For Developer: Combination of at least 4 years of development in C/C++ and Java, minimum of 2 years in Core Java and NIO is a plus

• Strong foundation in high-performance, real-time systems

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to explain concepts and ideas clearly and concisely to both business partners and developers

• Working knowledge of FIX protocol 

• Sound experience in OMS and client/exchange connectivity
