Researcher/Consultant

We are looking for ambitious, self-starting, results-driven people to be trained as Researchers/Executive Search Consultants. Ideally, we need people with strong interpersonal skills, an ability to thrive in a challenging environment and a desire to succeed and add value to our clients’ human capital.

Candidates will mainly be responsible for:
-Sourcing the highest quality professionals in Japan for our multinational clients
-Managing client relationships with senior management
-Building a network of candidate relationships in the healthcare industry

Required Skills:
Ideal candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in a corporate environment, as they need to work with global clients and candidates on a daily basis
Fluent English and strong Japanese language skills are preferred
Specific knowledge of particular industries is not required
