Business Development - Sales and Marketing Representatives

?Responsibilities?

Business development and start up of the new operations in Brazil, India, or Indonesia

- Conduct business fundamentals analysis, market/customer analysis, preliminary financial simulation, etc. of each country

- Partner screening and selection when required

- Preparation for business set-up in each country which may include the establishment of new entity

- Engage in daily operations with the new entity

?Requirements?

Mandatory:

1) Strong interest in business development and its related job/responsibilities

2) Minimum 3 years of job experience (any field/function) in Japan

3) Native of Brazil, India or Indonesia

4) Languages:

- English: Business level

- Japanese: Daily to business level

5) Relatively long term business trips required

6) Currently residing in Japan

7) Full-time work permit

8) Academic background - BA/BS degree or above

Personal Traits/Characters:

- Positive, competitive, proactive, willing to take challenges and cooperative

- Strong interpersonal skills

Other Characteristics of the Job:

- Establish a business from scratch in each country with pioneering, venturesome and entrepreneural mindset

- Possibility to take new entity’s leadership position/responsibilities in each country
