Significant Sales Support and/or Sales experience (3 years or more)Great change management skills and ability to deal effectively with ambiguityStrong analytical skills and experience with analytical/quantitative measurement tools Functional agility - able to manage multiple teams/projects for successStrong understanding of IT infrastructure to support salesGlobal work experienceExcellent English and fluent JapaneseExperience with consumer products is idealSuccessful candidates will have a few or more years of experience with sales teams in operational positions, with the ability to bring all available finance, operations, and analytical resources together to create the most effective sales organization possible.
