Responsibilities:
1. Technical support services on fluorescent microscopes (confocal laser, multi-photon laser, wide-field, deconvolution, super-resolution, etc.) and provide daily maintenance, hands-on instruction, and consultation.
2. Support services on other research equipment (DNA sequencers, real-time PCR systems, cell sorters, etc), and provid daily maintenance and hands-on instruction.
3. Maintenance of research equipment database
4. Administrative works on making orders of reagents, consumables, goods, etc.
5. Arrangement of periodical maintenance or repair works by the manufacturers.
6. Conduct other necessary support for Biological Research.

Qualifications:
(Required)
1. Excellent knowledge, skill, and experience on fluorescence microscopy.
2. Knowledge, skill and experience on research equipment for molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry.
3. Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
4. Reading and writing of business or technical documents in English and Japanese.
5. Proficiency in PC skill, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Strong sense of responsibility.
(Preferred)
1. Previous experience in international working environment is an advantage

Term: Full-time, fixed term appointment for 2 years contract initially with 1 month probationary period. This contract may be renewed and has a potential for permanent employment
