Tempstaff Co., Ltd. Career Centre, Universal Team operates as a division of Tempstaff, one of the largest Temporary staffing agencies in Japan, to support non-native Japanese speaking job seekers who would like to use their native language skills in the work place. We offer various long-term and short-term assignments through Temporary Dispatch (haken), Temp-to-Perm, and Direct Hire (Shokai) contracts.
