Job duties You will conduct a class as an English conversation instructor.
You will also have counseling sessions with other instructors or the students.

Bonus; Twice a year
?Bonus is given based on our regulations and performance.(In the past:1.5month salary×2 times)

1 9:00~18:00 2 10:00~19:00 3 13:00~21:00

?Specific job duties?
·Instructor for English conversation(Preparation to teaching in classes)
·Counseling sessions with the students
·Making exams and conducting them. Planning for Halloween and other events or seminars.

You can build your own classes with your ideas.
It is a creative job. You don't have to do only do what you are told to do.

?As for training
We dedicate the first month so you don't have to have much experience as an instructor.
First, let's learn how to construct a lesson through classroom lectures.
Then, you will watch the experienced instructors' lessons so you can now conduct a lesson yourself.
You will receive the feedback from other instructors so that you can improve your lessons.

Our main office is located in Anan city, Tokushima prefecture. This is where people come to surf. Some people even travel here to surf from all over Japan.
