Technology Analyst

2. Technology Analyst

This role is a key position within the Account Management team that requires you to ensure that the Japanese client’s expectations are met within the confines of a service level agreement (SLA) using Ve’s proprietary software suite and services.

You will be trained at Ve Interactive in Hong Kong and/or London.

There are four primary objectives associated with this role;

a. 1st line support VeJapan
Using Ve’s software suite you will deal with enquiries and queries using the help desk system to administer email campaigns (VeContact), artificial intelligent chat agent (VeChat), bounce rate reduction (VeAssist) and ad-retargetting (VeGenie). Set-up new clients from scratch using VeConnect to configure, test through to ‘go live’.

b. Client Analysis
Review client metrics and advise sales/account managers on any exceptions (health check)

c. Assisting global office colleagues
As above, on an international basis.

d. Training and personal development
There is a rolling training program where you will learn the latest features and workflow processes. You will also contribute to the continual improvement of Ve’s software and processes.

3. Qualifications

You are a process oriented thinker with an eye for detail who has good verbal and writing skills. You will be self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently or within a small team.

Your ability to communicate concisely to all facets of the business is crucial to the success of providing great customer support. Therefore being able to develop a high degree of knowledge about Ve’s software suite and how it functions on a client’s site is highly critical to the role.

You will therefore have a confident manner alongside written and verbal communication skills in English (Japanese skills appreciated but not required).

You will have a good understanding of how to analyse problems and more importantly the desire to resolve them.

Primary Technical Skills:
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Basic knowledge of JQuery
Understanding of JavaScript
