Mainly with LAMP

?Ideal candidate for this position?
·Hands-on experience with either PHP or Java
·More than 2 years of working experience (at least involved with a process of detail design )
·Development experience with not only an existing project,but a new project as well
·Someone who can communicate with co-workers in Japanese

The responsibilty will be either client side or server side. Could be both of them.
