Payroll and Admin Staff

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions may include:

Taking part with any portion of the payroll process including complete payroll processing
Processing Withholding Tax statements, Social insurance as well as new hires and terminations
Completing deductions and remittances as required
Prepare and file annual Social Insurance and Labor Insurance report
Handle employees' inhabitant tax related reports/ notifications
Regular communication with employees regarding payroll related inquiries
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company and clients
Provide strong administrative support internally and externally
Schedule meetings, appointments
Receiving and distributing mail, and handling courier deliveries
Maintain office systems
Completing clerical duties such as filing, archiving, photocopying and typing
Update and maintain client contacts, lists, database
Respond to and screen calls/emails /visitors promptly and handle appropriately;
Additional related duties as required
I added two responsibilites and took out two responsibilities as below as there seems to be too many administrative functions and some of them were overlapping;
Working daily with Microsoft Excel, Word,

General Skills and Qualifications Required:

Minimum of 2 years experience working within admin and payroll focused position
Experience with a variety of payroll processing software would be considered an asset (Bugyo, etc..)
General Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in both team and independent work environments
Strong Japanese and English abilities
