OPEX (Operational Excellence) Associate
¦KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Co-lead the site OPEX transformation
·Implement he Teva Production System standards
·Participating in training, coaching and capabilities building at site (for line management and change agents)
·Help developing site rollout plan post involvement of global transformation team
·Assist in identifying opportunities for system and process improvements
·Help site management with the setting of ambitious targets
·Demonstrate the appropriate use of Lean techniques during OPEX projects
·Knowledge sharing of best practices
·Ensuring local project follow up, regular feedback to central team, rising the flags, proposing the project plan changes
·Guide and assist OPEX teams with projects and help them achieve their goals
·Assist with measurement of performance and development progress
