Business Development Manager : CareerCross - 2015



1)      Business Experience:


-More than 7 years of professional FSE experience with an international corporate exposure preferably in sales and marketing of high value electronic components / hardware or sub-systems with multi million Euro annual sales achievement,


-Strong business development skills with proven achievement in Medical and/or Microwave market segments (Space, Defense, Telecom, Science), as a minimum,


2)  Organization Experience: 


-Evidence of experience in working within a large multi-domestic corporate atmosphere is preferred,


-Some years’ experience leading a sales team (5 people or more) and evidence of success in managing a significant P&L operation are a must,


-Capable of working with remote teams in Europe and time difference (7Hrs)


3)  Languages: 


-The perfect fluency (written and oral) in English is mandatory. In addition, the French language knowledge constitutes preferred title.


4)  Trips: 


-Person in charge of this position must be ready to organize own business trip in Japan or everywhere it is necessary, alone or with colleagues from TED-MIS organization, in order to develop his activity. The minimum trip time required is 30% of total activity time, 


5)  Personal :


-Able to sustain high levels of pressure & professional stress, manages multiple priorities, self-motivated, out of the box thinker, independent, methodical and organized,


-Tough leadership abilities is a priority, as well a strong competency in Customer relationship management with small/medium and large Companies,


-Trustworthy with high ethical standards is mandatory,


-Proven team player able to develop a corporate spirit,


-Ability to work following guidelines while taking initiatives, if necessary, to tackle issues,


-Demonstrating skills in synthesizing information, having a sound judgment in analyzing business situations, proposes and implements sales strategy agreed with Marketing teams and Sales Director,


-Competency in personal organization, priority setting and accuracy.
