Job Description

- oversee production process, drawing up a production schedule
- ensuring cost effective production 
- ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
- working out the human and material resources needed;
- estimate costs and setting the quality standards
- monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
- monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes;
- coordinate with different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals;
- ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
- supervise and motivate a team of workers, as well as review their performance
identifying training needs.

Required Skills

- Japanese National, male, age 40 years up
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering
at least 5-8 years up experience in Rubber Products business in area of EPDM, Gasket in manufacturing 
- Good management skill in Manufacturing and project management. 
- Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949 requirement is a must. 
- Knowledge in QC Tool/FMEA/DOE/SPC and quality management system
- Excellent English language skills
- Good computer skills in Microsoft / excel / power point / CAD / Visio.
