セールスアシスタント（営業支援スタッフ）:

営業事務職。　営業担当者、ダイレクトマネージャー、部門長の支援業務　（取扱製品：防衛装備品）。

具体的な業務内容は、

1. 見積書、契約から納入までの一連の書類作成（客先は、防衛省、大手重工・電気メーカー）


2. 輸出入通関依頼業務


3. 納期管理


4. 支払い調整


5. 社内計上書類作成および計上入力

注：　営業事務2年以上あれば、貿易事務経験者でなくても可。

-人柄が良く、愛嬌があり、明るい性格の人。

-営業マンの業務内容を見ながら、気転を利かせて業務ができる人。

-何事にもおくせず、チャレンジ精神のある人。

-英語の読み書きと会話が出来る人。（TOEIC700点以上レベル。海外経験1年あれば尚可）

Sales Assistant (Sales Operation) position:

-Assistant for defence sales team including managers and director.  (our main product is defence related.)

-Job responsibilities will be including:

• Creating proposals and any official pre & post sales documents for the Ministry of Defence, and major  heavy & electricity companies

-Trading (import/export) custom clearing support.

-Delivery date management and payment arrangement.

-Creating internal finance documents and data entries.

Note:  for the candidates who have more than 2 years sales assistant experiences, no need to have specific trading experiences.

-Able to organize own workload with a certain degree of initiative and delegation, especially when his or her manager or other managers are not physically present.

-Open-minded, friendly and flexible with “can do” attitude.

-Forecast the tasks what she/he needs to do and flexible to support team/reporting manager/director.

-Eager to challenge new things and willing to learn.

-English is must (speaking, reading and writing) with TOEIC 700 above and native Japanese is required. 

-Preferred to have overseas experience, more than a year.
