- Support on matters related to Expatriates (EP, Housing, Repatriation support, maintenance of staff’s records, payroll, tax, etc)
- Provide HR administrative support for compensation and benefits, training and development
- Support day to day HR administrative and operation matters
- Conduct analysis and regular consultation with HR leaders and businesses through collating and consolidating information
- Organise training program
- Prepare report as and when required
- Perform ad hoc projects as and when required
- At least Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT 2 & above) to facilitate the settling and on boarding of the Japanese expatriates & communication with Japan HQ
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Meticulous with good organisational & time management skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, positive and pleasant disposition with good sense of responsibility
