Job Description

主な業務内容:

• Prepare shipping documents to effect shipping and exportation in trade compliance


• Coordinate with custom to define the forwarder transportation company to arrange delivery to destination


• Monitor in-transit supply


• Control Third Party Logistics for warehouse and transportation operations


• Optimize quality, cost and delivery in Supply Chain Management area?


• Control inventories by order planning and demand forecasting


• Handle customized procurement or delivery for urgent request


• Lead annual semiannual stock count and maintain daily ERP data


• Control schedules of machine inspections and deliveries


• Act as the single point of contact to partners and customers on all logistic-related matters, and coordinate among departments to fulfill customer inquiries and requests.


• Manage supply contract terms and conditions to company policy.

Required Skills

スキル・資格

• Minimum over 4 year relevant experience in  Logistics Management


• Strong working knowledge of both international and domestic trade


• Hand on experience in Oracle ERP system, Salesforce.com highly preferred


• Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines


• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel skill


• Capability of logical thinking


• Experience in machinery industry or consumables an advantage


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, strong problem solving skill


• Able to work under high pressure and in a fast paced and dynamic environment


• Good team player with energetic, hardworking, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility, can work independently with minimal supervision


• Fluent in English
