‘Customer Second’ enables motivated and dedicated instructors to excel in the classroom, while also having the opportunity to advance their careers in the fields of teaching, IT, curriculum development, design, management or training.

SALA has four schools in the Osaka area located in Umeda, Namba, Honmachi, and Awaji, and one franchise in Senrioka. We provide man to man and group lessons (50 minutes per lesson) to adults in both English and French. SALA is part of the Dean Morgan Group which also includes the Dean Morgan and Hummingbird pronunciation education brands as well as curriculum development services.

We are currently looking for Freelance English instructors with at least 2-3 years of eikaiwa experience to work in one of our 4 schools.

Position details are as follows:

- Freelance contract



– Availability is accepted on a monthly basis (you set your monthly schedule)



– Weeknights (from 18:00), Weekends, and National Holidays paid at 1,500 yen per lesson



– Weekday daytime (lessons that start on or before 17:00) start at 1,300 yen per lesson



– Transportation reimbursement is available

Fixed part-time contracts are available, depending on experience.
