Job Description

* Coordinate with different departments to monitor the progress of Company key projects
* Prepare Company Profile and meeting material for Top Management
* Arrange overall Company-wide important meetings throughout the year
* Provide support to Director and expatriates such as visa application, accommodation arrangement and translation

Required Skills

* Degree or above in Business Administration
* At least 4-5 years relevant working experience
* Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
