Native English Instructors ‹ Japan Guide - 2015

G.taste Nova is currently looking for confident, outgoing and energetic native English speakers to teach English in Yamaguchi in Western Japan. As an instructor at G.taste Nova, you teach students of all ages in small group settings. The curriculum, materials, and training are fully provided and follow an easy to pick up format for both you and the students.

More than just teaching vocabulary and grammar, you provide the students with the tools they need to practice, experiment, and develop their abilities in a casual environment. To this end, we’re looking for those who can personalize lessons, make learning fun and add their own flair to the classroom. If you like meeting people from all walks of life, covering a wide range of topics, and have an interest in helping our students improve their English, we’d love to hear from you!

This position is located in Yamaguchi, Japan, however we do have other positions in Western Japan available. Salary starts at ¥240,000 a month with quarterly opportunities for salary increases, up to ¥10,000 per evaluation, based on ability. Instructors start with 10 paid holidays, usable 6 months in and G.taste Nova offers a very flexible shift-swap policy. This contract is for 1 year and is renewable based upon performance. For those needing visa sponsorship, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is a must.
