My Hawaii Camp Instructor ‹ Japan Guide - 2015


Training Day (Tokyo): May 20th or 22nd (flexible)


Camp (Hawaii): 5/28-6/12 7/27-8/10 8/26-9/9

Lead a group of Japanese teenage students from Japan to Hawaii to



participate in a two week camp in Honolulu, Hawaii! Teachers will stay



at University dorms with students and will be responsible in safely



leading students through a two week camp of classes held throughout the



island of Oahu. Classes and activities focus on giving students a



greater international understanding and mindset, getting them active and



outdoors, working together as a team, and learning to understand and



love themselves for who they are.


Who We Are Looking For: Applicants for this job should be



positive, happy, and energetic people. They should love the outdoors,



love being active, and should be passionate about life. This is



the opportunity of a lifetime to make a real difference in teenagers lives,



and do it while spending two weeks in paradise. WARNING:



this is not a vacation. We are looking for focused, disciplined



professionals who are passionate about what we are passionate about.



Having said that being fun-loving and the life of the party is a must.



Showing our students how fun life can be is half of the game!



Relevant previous experience is a big plus!


How it works: During your first camp you will be an assistant to an



experienced lead teacher who will show you the ropes of running My



Hawaii Camp. From your second camp you will lead camp with an



experienced assistant following and helping you. After that, the sky is



the limit! Becoming a certified camp leader for My Camp will open all



sorts of opportunities!


Payment: Flight, Room and Board are all paid for. Upon the safe



completion of camp you will receive a 150,000JPY guarantee. After



successful completion of your two training camps payment will increase



and other opportunities will become available.
