Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will formulate strategies for recruitment programs and manage the creation and execution of programs on a local level, and establish and maintain high quality relationships with candidate sources such as staffing agencies, community groups and universities. You are also responsible for facilitating candidates through the application process including screening, interviewing, and pre & post offer administration. You will also analyze metrics to ensure programs generate an adequate qualified candidate pipeline to fill business unit requirements. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of qualified candidates for current job openings.
