-Manage a portfolio of APAC accounts and/or leads the Firm’s representation for a non-US based market segment; expands the relationship with customers who do not yet represent a dominant portion of the Firm's revenue stream

-Demo and Onboard clients to the Firm’s system

-Participate in Industry working groups to gain better understanding of asset classes

-Develop and maintain strong client relationships

-Liaise and communicate with the Firm’s internal teams (product, client services, account management, etc) to ensure clients’ needs are being met

-Solicit and share customer intelligence through call reports, initiate action and ensure resolution

-Native level English and Japanese

-University graduate or equivalent preferred

-Previous financial services experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge can be acquired

-Proven experience working in sales is preferable

-Knowledge of financial markets and OTC derivatives is a major plus

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with awareness of OTC derivative initiatives

-Strong customer, communication, and presentation skills

-Sales Focused

-Flexible and able to adapt to change

-Able to work independently with minimal supervision

-Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

-Provides support and assistance to colleagues in other areas dealing with the client
