Gordon Ramsay at Conrad Tokyo is an exquisite Tokyo restaurant located on the 28th floor of the hotel and features 7 meter floor-to-ceiling windows which offer breathtaking views equaled only by the exquisite French cuisine.The Chef's Table is the ultimate exclusive dining experience, a privileged space before the open kitchen where up to 8 guests can enjoy friendly banter from their front-row seat as our chefs prepare a culinary masterpiece. Requirements >>
*Previous experience working in a professional cooking environment
*Motivated and passionate person who desires to be a part of Gordon Ramsay, London's legendary, 3-starred Michelin chef's restaurant.
*Food and hygiene certificate.

Conditions >>
*Employment Status: Part Time
*Location: Conrad Tokyo, Shiodome area just 5 minutes walk from Ginza.
*Working Days: approximately 5 days a week (up to the actual roster/working shift)
*Working Hours: approximately 8 hours a day (up to the actual roster/working shift)
*Hourly Wage: From 1,200 yen for experienced cooks

To be considered for this position you must >>
1. Have previous professional experience working in a kitchen as a chef/cook (minimum 1 year)
2. Have a valid working VISA or appropriate VISA
3. Be able to provide the names, company names and contact details of two former employers who can provide information relative to your previous position
4. Include a Cover Letter with your application in which you outline your previous professional cooking experience
