-Lead the Japan Campus and Experienced Recruiting teams to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives across all divisions in Japan

-Work with HR Generalists and hiring managers to determine and implement sourcing strategies, and develop strategic initiatives to drive high-quality, cost-effective candidate sourcing

-Drive the use of technology and process to increase direct sourcing and other non/low fee sources to fill open positions and to further build the Firm’s in-house database of candidates

-Manage our strategic relationships with key search firms and vendors  Develop and maintain positive relationships with those outside recruiting firms (search and contingency) on our Preferred Supplier List

-Develop and execute a proactive campus strategy, both for domestic and international recruiting for Japan campus hiring needs 

-Manage company campus recruiting marketing efforts, including surveying grads; developing a communications strategy and marketing materials to best position for the Firm as an Employer of Choice

-Lead and execute an effective campus process, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate care/offer closing

-Partner with the Diversity and Inclusion teams to support the Firm’s Diversity recruiting initiatives both on campus and at a mid-career level

-Deliver strategic management information to drive improvements in talent sourcing and business decision-making

-Partner with regional and global colleagues to share best practices, develop firm-wide recruiting processes, and drive long-term development and growth of the function

-Fluent level Japanese and English

-7-10+ years work experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Campus and/or Experienced Recruiting or equivalent

-3+ years of graduate and/or experienced recruiting management experience including managing and motivating a team

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

-Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute on strategies

-Strong analytical skills

-Strong presentation and communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of the organization
