Position Title: Part-time Swedish Student Coordinator

Overview:

GoGo World Co. Ltd., with our office located in Tokyo was launched in 2011. In just a few years, the main website (gogonihon.com) became the leading service that makes the experience of being a Japanese language student in Japan the best as possible. We support students from the time they are looking for a school and a place to live, to the time they are in Japan and need a point of reference and support for everything related to their experience as students. More than 600 students a year from all over the world come to Japan using gogonihon.com services.

Based upon continued growth, we are seeking a Part-time Swedish Student Coordinator to help the increase of Swedish students using our service.

The position of Swedish Student Coordinator requires a candidate with a very positive attitude, strong written communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot a user’s problems with a strong willingness to help people, and a high attention to detail.

The position will consist largely of providing customer support through e-mail and Skype.

Hours:
Monday - Friday
4 hours a day minimum

Compensation:
1,000yen per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Provide high-quality replies to a high volume of potential students’ questions/inquiries
-Project a friendly and informative image to potential students
-Keep track and organize a high volume of pending accounts and deadlines
-Provide excellent customer support to students before and after arrival to Japan
-Adhere to the organized structure and system to ensure high-quality and timely service
-Be able to check students’ documentation without errors
-Effectively communicate with International Team Manager and Office Manager

Requirements:
-Native Swedish speaker
-At least 1 year of customer support experience
-Located in Tokyo with at least 6 months remaining on a valid long-term visa
-University degree preferred
-High level of written communication skills with an attention to detail
-Extremely organized and able to meet strict deadlines and quotas
-Japanese language proficiency is not required
