- Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance operations knowledge. Understands drug safety best practices and Japanese regulations
- Previous experience with drug safety/adverse event systems such as Argus, ARIS, Perceive, etc.
- Completed at least a four-year degree. Higher/further education is preferred
- Possess a minimum of one year of work experience in the safety/pharmacovigilance department of a Japan pharmaceutical company, preferably some hands-on case processing experience
- Willingness and ability to travel within Japan and internationally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
- Motivation and ability to follow-up and follow-through on all activities
- Quality-oriented. Pays attention to detail
Job Description
This is a fulltime, salaried position with Foresight Group Japan K.K. The position will provide management consulting services to Foresight Group’s life sciences customers. In this role, one will work collaboratively with Foresight Group global colleagues and guide pharmaceutical clients when making significant changes to their current pharmacovigilance processes, transitions or merges with other companies, and implement or upgrade their drug safety systems. Some responsibilities would include, but not limited to: Performing gap analysis, defining go-forward processes, working with pharmaceutical companies to operationalize the future process, and providing training and post-transition support Support client workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews, as required Prepare various documents such as status reports, designing business process workflows, SOP impact assessments, developing training materials including slides and user manuals Work takes place at Foresight Group customer locations and in the Foresight Group Japan K.K. office
