Credit Risk Manager

Assign and coordinate operational targets to each Risk Information and Claims teams
Prioritize tasks and projects
Responsible for the implementation of risk action plan for unprofitabIe policies
Take responsibility in implementing reporting, Group Risk, Information and Claims rules, and KPI
Responsible for the quality of the business units' underwriting

Requirements:

Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills in English and Japanese
At least 6 years of experience in Risk/Credit management B2B. Out of which at least 3-5 years Management-level experience in this field.
Strong business/finance assessment skills
Deep knowledge and experience in Risk Underwriting, Contractual Parameters and Claims and Collection procedures
High level of commercial awareness and customer service
Ability to convince about all decisions taken
Ability to hold visit and contacts, including high difficult and high profile meetings with senior people
