Prepare,draft,review and revise correspondences and documentation required for renewal of Operating permits.Prepare and file government permits requirements handled by Maintenance and Engineering Department.Prepare, file, follow up and secure permits and consents as may be assigned by the Integrity Assurance Engineer from time to time, and liase with relevant government agencies.Deliver efficient & effective Records Management SupportAct as custodian for critical documents defined in AIPSM/SCE Management/OE Blade 12, to ensure the efficient custody, safekeeping and retrieval of copies of critical documents and drawings, permits and correspondence.Assist in implementing new Group Records Management policy and standards.Record and index all hardcopy files that are transferred to offsite storage.Provide support in FSR data administration and IA data checkerDeliver efficient & effective administrative & data support, specificallyMaintain AIPSM/SCE documents,including Technical Integrity website, Permit tracking System, registry of original permits licenses, etc.Organize meetings,including video and telephone conferences & logistical supportPerform such other tasks & responsibilities as may be assigned by the Maintenance & Engineering Manager from time to time.Prepare necessary administrative requirements to allow Government Inspectors to conduct site inspections in accordance with the Annual Permit to Operate renewal process.
