CRM SaaS Cloud technology leader. USA based company, energetic and fast growing??W?v????W?w?i?d????e*The Client Success Manager (CSM) position is a part of the Field organization. In this role you will assume joint responsibility with an Account Executive to maintain a high level of client satisfaction by guiding our clients to provide outstanding customer experiences, specifically with regard to their contact center operations.
*You will act as a strategic advisor to develop long term partnerships with our clients to ensure that they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us. Ultimately, you will assist with maximum adoption of their current solution and identify product expansion opportunities.
*A significant part of your role will be to serve as a client advocate, often functioning as a liaison between our clients and all internal teams (e.g. Professional Services, *Customer Care, Product Development, Hosting, Accounting, and Product Management). You will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of these clients are communicated and managed throughout the organization.
Please note that this is not a quota-carrying sales position. ?????iEssential Duties and Responsibilities
*Working knowledge of the following business areas:
*Call Center/Customer Service
*Business Analytics
*Marketing Automation
*Sales Force Automation
*Service Cloud/Social Networks
*Ability to lead cross functional business and technical teams to provide timely issue resolution
*Ability to create and sell business cases to internal and client teams
*Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
*Willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed
*Team player who will work within the company to continue improving the way RightNow serves its clients
*Ability to travel up to 30%
*Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related field (Masters preferred)
*Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
*Extensive business process management experience and expertise
*Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, solutions deployment and results delivery
*Expert user of RightNow CRM
*Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an expertise software company preferred
*Working knowledge of some or all of the following technical areas:
*HTML Programming
*Microsoft Windows operating systems
*MySQL
*Web Services
*Server Side Scripting language (JSP, PHP or ASP)
*Integration standards and methods (e.g. XML, SOAP, etc.) ????????o??You will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of these clients are communicated ?????l????*Smart, Passionate, Logical, Aggressive
