Host weekly GL (Global Logistics) meeting (including DC (Distribution
Center) performance review with GSC leader, extended GSC team and 3PL
team,

Prepare weekly performance package for the 'GL performance weekly
review'

Attend reviews with GL and 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) teams to review
Ship to

Deliver performance. Act as the voice of Geo Sales and the Customer to
ensure operational issues are addressed. As necessary take issues to
Sales or across GSC functional towers to resolve.

Attend Sales & Business Partner meetings to share 3PL performance and
get feedback on GL/GSC performance. Use feedback to drive specific
actions across GSC/3PL team.

Drive organizational alignment across cross functional GSC team
including 3PL to manage exceptional escalations

Lead weekly RSO status review with CSO, FF, 3PL and drive different
functions towards to achieve RSO/POD SLA, limited aged RSOs, clean RSO
backlog

Monthly 3PL performance review with 3PL senior management team

Confirm GL capability to support large/complex delivery roll outs

Oversee Quarterly Inventory count, weekly cycle count to ensure
Inventory accuracy

Review GL budget, forecast and actual. Participate in forecasting and
accrual reviews. Manage w/Back office requests to understand invoicing
anomalies.

Work with GL Finance to create operational budget and operational
detractors analysis

Host regular BT/IT forum including 3PL to confirm adequacy of IT
functionally supporting current operation requirement and identifying
new requirements

Participate in regular contract performance reviews with 3PLs and
Partner management

Review and approve 3PL invoices & Quotes for non standard services.
Identify any anomalies

Regular reviews on SOPs and process and ensure all process documents
are up to date and reflects all current business requirements

Undertake periodic network reviews and identify opportunities for
further optimization

Provide strategic and tactical input for business changes, e.g. MIDH &
ensure readiness to support
