Location: Japan - Tokyo

We’re currently looking for the best enterprise software sales professional in the region to join our team and drive enterprise sales throughout the region. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into a territory of large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and penetrate net new accounts
- Articulate a customized value proposition to two very different audiences: HR and C-Level Execs
- Engage C-level executives in EVERY account you sell to, no exceptions
- Sell value and ROI and manage our messaging across all LOB’s and C-level execs. Demo our product.
- Drive complex sales cycles.
- Manage multiple deals concurrently.
- Qualify and forecast deals accurately
- Exceed goals, make tons of money

Required Skills and Experience:
- Seasoned Sales Professional - 10+ years of successful sales experience.
- Software Apps Sales Experience - 5+ years of sales experience selling software apps or SaaS.
- C-Level Sales Expertise - A proven ability to effectively present and sell to C-level execs.
- Relationship Sales Expertise - track record of leveraging relationships in accounts to drive sales.
- Consistent Success – Over-quota, top ranked, President’s-Club performance throughout entire career.
- Stability – A history of intelligent career decisions that resulted in wildly successful, non-brief tenures. Prospecting – A lack of fear of prospecting. Creativity and passion towards penetrating new accounts.
- Likability – No Jerks – this is one of our core company values…and HR won’t buy from jerks.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- New market or small company sales experience – success evangelizing a new product in a new market Successes in different companies – a proven ability to take your sales skills and be successful selling in different markets, different cultures, to different audiences
- Experience selling Business Intelligence or similar.
