Position: Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) for the Ichinomiya City Board of Education
(Elementary school)

Details of ALT Position:

· Contract : April 2012-March 2013

· Holiday : 6 weeks in Summer and 10days in Winter

· Hours of Work: 8:30~16:30, weekdays, Teaching hours are 22 lessons / week

· Monthly average salary:270,273 yen

from 224,000 yen to 308,000 yen (depending on working days in a month)

· Medical check-up required, including lung X-ray

ALT Duties:

· Responsible for aiding Japanese teachers in creating and implementing

English conversation curricula and training programs throughout schools

· Other responsibilities may include assisting with office or administrative duties

specified by the City Board of Education.
