Desired Skills & Experience

Education:

Commercial Bachelor, University Education or equivalent

Experience:

At least 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role (P&L & leadership)

At least 15 years sales experience, preferable from the IT industry or security industry, in the distribution or reseller market, with experience from indirect channels.

Experience from working in an international company, preferably worked abroad a few years.

Leadership experience with good track record of developing individuals & teams

Important characteristics:

Honest and transparent working with openness as a value and are cultural aware

Cooperative and decisive

Curiosity and interest when it comes to own and employees development and growing in the company.

Ability to set and focus on both short and long term growth.

Good leader that can adapt and represent our client and their core values among employees, suppliers and customers/partner. Ability to mentor, coach and grow a team.

Flexible attitude and ability to adapt circumstances at hand, as our client is a growing and dynamic company.

Ability to respect, communicate and implement corporate guidelines.

Ability to build and maintain important relationships with customers

Technical interest and understanding of our cleint’s technology in order to obtain knowledge of our client’s product portfolio, enabling an active part in the sales process.

Good understanding of our client’s market and sales model.

Good communicator with both internal and external stakeholders

Fluent in Japanese and English

Willingness to travel throughout the region and to HQ in Europe.
