JOB PURPOSE

Responsible of developing and implementing promotion activities for the entire distribution network with the ultimate goals to develop sell-through performance.

Responsible of defining and developing customer relationship/loyalty activities in accordance with both local needs and centrally defined guidelines.

MAIN DUTIES

PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF OPERATION EVENT CALENDAR

In coordination with Marketing Operation Manager, develop and implement a rolling 12 months sales-related promotion/event plan (i.e. POP events, GWP promotions, Private Sale, department stores fairs) for all POPs (include Ginza flagship store).

In cooperation with Mono and Multi-brand Managers, consolidate and evaluate local needs to ensure an optimal promotion/event plan cater for all distribution channels.

Evaluate central concepts and propose local adaptations if necessary.

In cooperation with Communication Manager, ensure events/promotion implementation in line with communication/branding strategies and brand visual identity.

Ensure cooperation with all relevant internal parties for a high quality implementation of all events/promotions.

With support from Retail Management, analyze qualitative and quantitative results of all events/promotions and suggestion for future improvements.

Provide structured feedback and recommendation on central concepts to the Marketing operation

POP COMMUNICATION MATERIALS MANAGEMENT

In coordination with Retail Manager and Market Development Manager, evaluate and relate all additional local needs of communication materials to Communication Department.

Consolidate needs of all local departments on POP communication materials and ensure on-time delivery with relevant Central Marketing teams.

In coordination with Mono and Multi-brand managers, formulate forecasts for POP communication materials

LOCAL MARKETING COMPETENCE RELATED TO EXISTING DISTRIBUTION AND MARKET ENVIRONMENT

With support from Mono and Multi-brand Managers, monitor POP events & promotion trends in different distribution channels (i.e. various department stores) by regions

Required Skills

Ideally to have:

Management Experience

Store Management Experience

Good communication skills in English and Japanese

Event Planning experience
