Marketing Manager

Job Description

We're looking for someone to lead our Marketing team in Japan.

Responsibilities
Build brand & activate selling
Plan, direct and coordinate centrally planned and local marketing activities in order to support the brand and to increase selling. Inform and collaborate with related central and local departments and external partners.

Profitability
Maximize profitability through efficient negotiations with external partners; planning, budgets and cost follow-up. Supports media related activities from other departments such as e.g. HR.

Employees
Manage and execute recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for the marketing team.
Ensure that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled.
