Description
Summary: Manage a pre-sales focused team responsible for promoting and together with the key account managers closing sales of Network Roll Out and other wireless product near services excluding HW/SW support.
The responsibility includes following:
Drive sales by responding to customer challenges with innovative solutions and value argumentations
Scope, pack and cost competitive customer solutions
Coordinate/drive market and customer requirements regional product management towards wireless product line RAN Network Rollout
Own Network Rollout Services portfolio throughout entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Network Rollout Services is responsible for securing and providing outstanding competences to fully support key account managers for business expansion.
Owns responsibility for requirements management, roadmap management, new product introduction planning,localization of product marketing and value creation arguments drives market and customer requirements towards Network Rollout ensures that best practices are imported/exported and knowledge sharing executed within Customer Solutions, Regions and key account managers owns, throughout entire lifecycle, Network Rollout services portfolio Via customer-centric approach, addresses customer's business challenges and issues seeks new biz opportunities, drives short/long term initiatives based on customer dialogue and establish trust and biz partnership has strong sales culture characterized by winning attitude, teamwork, performance ethics, professionalism and energy is close to customer at all levels, from initial engagement to acceptance is capable of selecting appropriate engagement model for Opportunities delivers financial targets and secures key deals
Qualifications - External
Technical Knowledge for selling our client's service portfolio
Ability to develop and deliver high quality, competitive and attractive proposals which address customer’s business challenges and issues
Understanding of our client's solutions, products and service portfolio and roadmaps
Understanding of market trends and the evolution of networks
Leading in the sales process as customer representative and be the business partner with key account managers
Understanding of customer needs and ability to build customer relation, product and solution competence and international networking
Local regulations and standard knowledge
Fluent in Japanese and English both speaking and writing
