Job Description

Join a highly motivated and dynamic team in Japan, responsible for application support, troubleshooting and solutioning to front office users. This is a user-facing position. Assist in projects including implementation, testing and coordination. Work closely with global teams. Documentation and user trainings.

Required Skills

• Must have minimum three years of application support in the financial industry.


• Technologies: Unix, Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle.


• Strong systems troubleshooting and problem resolution skills


• Product knowledge of Fixed Income, Cash Equity or Derivatives


• Good communication skills.


• Detailed oriented, logical and customer focused


• Ability to travel within Japan and abroad, if required
