- Must have at least 3 years experience providing overall IT Support in the financial industry.
- Intermediate level technical skills: Windows, Unix/Linux, Network, Microsoft applications, Market Data
- Basic level of programming or scripting preferred
- Good IT trouble shooting and problem resolution skills
- Good communication skills. Must be fluent in Japanese language and business level English language
- Flexible, ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to travel overseas and in Japan, when required

Job Description
This is a critical position where you will be the main IT contact for Japan office. You will be responsible for overall IT services and support. This include desktop support, basic IT infrastructure support, installations and implementations, testing, vendor management. You will work closely with regional IT teams.
