Account Manager
Housing Japan is a real-estate broker in Tokyo. We have been providing residential real-estate leasing, sales and property management services for expatriates living in Tokyo since 2000. Our offices are located in the Akasaka Twin Tower building in Akasaka.
Our business is growing and we are looking for an account manager for the leasing team. This is an exciting opportunity with great upside for the right individual.
The candidate should have native level English and business/native level Japanese, an outgoing personality, sales experience and a driver's license. Experience in real-estate sales or knowledge of the real-estate market in Japan is preferred but not essential. The candidate should be familiar with the geography of the top 5 wards in Tokyo and have lived in Tokyo for some time.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is able to make cold calls and has a good network in the Tokyo expatriate community.
The ability to communicate and relate with a variety of clients is a must.
At Housing Japan we value our friendly working environment. The candidate should be able to work well with other team members.
Compensation consists of a base salary plus commission. Starting salary and commission rates will be determined by the candidate's experience.
